Each villa plan is matched to its homesite's grade and orientation, including the walkout designs identified on the recorded concept exhibit.

Itemized build pricing with a clear allowance schedule before construction begins — no surprises after you commit.

Founded by Jason Meyer, Level 310 is a Minnesota custom home builder with deep experience in lakeside and northern-climate construction.
Villa Collection
Villa lots from $120,000
Villa homesites start at $120,000 with a location premium of up to $20,000 depending on the lot's position within the community. Homes are built by Level 310 Custom Home Builder, with floor plans tailored to each lot — including walkout designs on lots flagged "WO" on the recorded concept exhibit.
Phase I villa lots 1–37 are currently reserved and available through the waitlist only. Remaining villa lots can be reserved today with a refundable deposit.
