The 37 Phase I villa homesites (Lots 1–37) are held as a reserved release and are offered through the waitlist only. Homesites start at $120,000 with a location premium of up to $20,000, and every villa is built by Level 310 Custom Home Builder. 0 of the Phase I homesites are walkout-capable on the recorded concept exhibit.
