How do I reserve a homesite?
Submit an interest form, select your homesite with the sales team, then place a refundable reservation deposit that holds the lot through purchase agreement.
Can I bring my own builder?
Vierling Shores is a 310 Design Build community. All homes are constructed by 310 Design Build to protect architectural consistency, schedule and warranty.
What is included in the lot price?
Fully improved homesite: streets, curb, municipal sewer and water stubbed to the lot, buried utilities, fiber and mass grading.
When can I start building?
Phase I homesites are targeted for closings in spring 2027, with construction starts immediately following lot closing.
