What a lakeshore homesite includes
Every lakeshore lot is delivered fully improved: platted and graded, with municipal sewer and water stubbed to the lot, buried utilities, fiber, curb and street. The shoreline edge stays natural — protected by 75' and 100' ordinary-high-water-mark setbacks plus a 30' wetland buffer — so the view corridor in front of your home cannot be built out later.
How lakeshore pricing works
Lakeshore list prices run $1,200,000 to $1,650,000 depending on frontage width, walkout grade and bay exposure. Location and view premiums are broken out line by line when we review pricing with you, so you can trace every number back to the pricing sheet rather than a rounded range.
Reserving a reserved lot
Because all fifteen are reserved, the path is the priority waitlist: submit your details, name the lot you want, and you're placed in order. When a lot releases you get a 48-hour first-right window to place a refundable reservation deposit before it moves to the next person in line.
